I now this is an old topic and I need help finding the thread that talked about the rules, just want to clean a few sunnies for supper.

You can eat your daily limit each day on any lake that doesn't have any special or experimental regulations.

Although I don't fully understand the logic and therefore disagree with it, I do believe it is unlawful to dispose of the entrails on the ice or in the water. You are required to take them home with you.

Bob is correct; always assume that you would pack out waste and fish guts after filleting. You will get a littering ticket otherwise.
