WildBill33
hey all, I was out in my garage working on my portable lighting and managed to melt a few of the teeth of the zipper of my door its a quickflip 2. My question is how would i go about fixing it? I know my options would be getting a new zipper from the manufacturer and sewing it on. What would you guys suggest?? Thanks in advance, WildBill
Deitz Dittrich
Unfortunatly, I got nothing for you.. I would contact the company and do as you said.. I suppose you could try and go the rout and see if you could buy a zipper cheeper though a craft type place?.. Good luck... I suppose you could also try snaps?.. but it would not seal as well as the zipper.
anyfishwilldo
Does the house have a 2 way zipper? If so, just zip both zippers to the bad spot.
brianh
Happened to me last year on the lake, colder than heck. Of course both zips were above the burn. Anyway, brought it to a saddle repair guy, new sipper and labor less than $
