Those machines are very reliable, but sometimes they show this problem. Many times they are not level. The back of the machine has selfleveling feet and if one side is not locking in place it will jump all over the place. It is easy to check. Pull the machine away from the wall a few inches and then tip it forward and set it back down. This resets the leveling mechanism. Be careful when putting the machine back to push it straight back. Hope this works for you.

coiuld also be the counter balance ring at the top of the spin tub has gotten cracked and leaked out the fliud. it does not happen but i have seen it a few times. lots of the times it will be like said previously. the self leveling legs have collapsed. when you tip it forward make sure they drop out by pressing in on each of them they will move up into the machine when pressed in seperatly. sometimes you have to pry them out with a screwdriver. ... paul
