2 for the kids

At what point are we able to have 2 lines down for the kids?

I have a 2 and a 4 year old and have taken the 4 year old out on the ice a few times. However this weekend I am debating throwing out some tip-ups and spending time on the ice with the kids watching for flags. I want to stay legal and also want to give the kids the best opportunity to enjoy tip-up fishing.

Can I get away with having 2 tip-ups for each of the kids?

I asked Schultz that question last year. My daughter was 3 last year and fished with me a lot. He said in order to count a child the child has to be aware of what's going on and know how to fish with the jiggin' stick, tip-up, reel, etc. I had two tip ups out and she was using a jiggin' stick and he had no problem with that.
