Best patterns for hole pattern, heater placement and vex or cam placement

I bet there are dozens of ways to position the holes and heater placement in a two man flip over style house. When fishing with one other guy in my two man. I usually have one hole close to the outside corner (away from the door opening) one hole in the middle of the floor for cam or vex. One hole close to the middle and near the outside wall. The heater in the corner near the door opening. I wish I knew how to draw a diagram but I don't. What pattern works best for the rest of you?

If fishing 2 in a house I usually only drillone hole each. So it really doesnt matter. I have drilled 4 and if I do 4 I will usually put the big buddie or buddie in the sled behind us.
