Is it legal?????

I have a small fishhouse with a spear hole in it. Can I fish with a rod in the hole as long as there is no spear in the house?? I like being able to watch the fish come up to my lure in the shallows. Is it legal??

yes it is and from what i have just read on the dnr HSOforum they have just changed it. if i remember correctly you used to not be able to angle and spear but the link below says they have just approved the change but im sure when it will take effect.
