Team Otter
icecold,There are more than likely 'eyes in the deeper holes throughout the open and hard water season but they also may be some of the most inactive fish. Your best times to target these fish are during the day towards bottom or in the evening suspended throughout the water column. One thing I encourage you to consider when targeting 'eyes in deeper water is to be cautious on how fast you bring them to the surface. If brought up too quickly, these fish often times have difficulty recovering and can die.
