Trucker Jim
My buddy and I were on the water early, early this morning. We had a tough go of it. The fish didn't seem to be holding on the points and inside corners of the many reefs, like they have been. I noticed the algae bloom is getting pretty bad, wondering how this might affect the fishing. I'd be interested in hearing if any one else put anything together. bassNspear
Was just out on waconia this last weekend. hit the lake for 5 hrs today(sunday) Your right about the alge, it is starting to get back. I had no problem hitting up the big fish. Ran into a few walters when fishing deep water. 14-18 FOW was key for us. If we hit the fish in shallow water, they were ither in very very tight cover, or they were in the shad. Work very slow and i garrentee you run into fish. There big. And there fun when your on a school.
