Hot to Ice Fishing for White Fish/Tulabee?

I have never tried to catch white fish or Tulaby. Can anyone direct me to a good book or tell me how to catch Tulabee ice fishing. My target lakes are near Park Rapids but don't know how to eve begin.

I target whitefish on occasion out here on Lake Superior, totally different ball game then inland waters.. But for your reference, if you can get your hands on last years issue of In-Fishermans IceFishing Guide, there was a good article in there by Gordon Pyzer. If I remember correctly, the past two issues had something pertaining whitefish...
