I've got a 97 9.9hp yammy 4 stroke that's always a struggle to start, but once started it usually runs ok.
Well this year, it didn't want to start at all. I checked the fuel filter and the supply lines, and I'm getting fuel to the pump and out of the pump. I finally did get it to start by covering the air intake on the carb with my hand. It will then start instantly, but when I take my hand away, I can't keep it running.
All the manual says is to bring it to a dealer. I don't really see any obvious adjustment screws for fuel mixture. Is their an adjustment that I can try moving to fix this?
Was at the Shagawa lake boat launch and these two ducks came right up to me. I think someone has been feeding them.
I also noticed that one of them has an eye that is partially shut.
I appreciate that. I actually stopped last night but I didnt get back to town til 5:45 and you were closed. Were open when I went by to bring the girls to school this morning so I grabbed eight packs. Probably be way to many dont remember them being so big.
