CID to Coil Conversion

Wondering if any of you guys have done this conversion or heard of it. 1971 Johnson 60.

Sorry guys, a little more info.
71 Johnson 60 with ignition box. I have been told it's possible to convert these motors to a 12V coil ignition. Wondering if anyone's done this or knows someone who has.

Also post an inquiry on iboats. I can't post the link but it's what you'd expect. They sell boats and equipment, but also have a forum, and I've had my questions answered there by some true marine mechanic assassins.

They had 20 guys who knew how to service Eska motors, and even had half a dozen with experience fixing the West German Solo brand motors from the 1980s.
