No, it is the underside of a bridge, but it does kind of look like an aqueduct.

Looking for a few starting tips. I have the 2HP Tecumseh. Went to fire it up this am and didn't want to start. Choked her about 4 times then tried without the choke. Seems like its flooded now. Hadn't been started in over a week. Is the cold weather an issue on these? Whats the best thing to do if there flooded?
