Boat seat repair???

I've got a lund tiller with 3 pedastal seats, 1995. The plywood in the back of the seats have rotted and basically broken near the bracket attachment. Can anyone recommend a place to have these repaired that is reasonable?

I'm in the same situation. How hard is this to do on my own? How much would this cost to have it done at a dealership?

The covering on the seats is also cracking. Is there a way to repair vynal?
