Books and videos on Walleye fishing, Any favorite picks?

Besides the great information I am getting from here I was wondering if any books or more importantly videos are recommended by the anglers here. I am so excited about the upcomming trip that I am seeing walleyes in my sleep! Thanks

Check out the Advanced Walleye Systems series from In-Fisherman. Its a three part series and it's very informative.

I agree with hip hop. The In-fisherman crew has put together a great three book series that offers a lot of good information.

I guess I'm old school. Some of my favorites are "Lunkers Love Nightcrawlers" I guess it's in print again by the folks of Fishing Facts Magazine.

Also any of books by the late great Buck Perry would be high on my list. Like,"SPOONPLUGGING - YOUR GUIDE TO LUNKER CATCHES" or the"BUCK PERRY'S GUIDELINES TO FISHING SUCCESS" series. I learned a lot from his books and via my dad who attented a couple of his on the water week long seminars. Oh spoonplugs....man I caught a lot of fish on them. Buck's fish catching formula of Speed + depth control = catching fish has stuck with me over the years.

Do an internet search and you'll likely find what your looking for.

This isn't a book or video, but if you want to get educated real fast you should consider hiring a guide one of the first days you're there. Pick his brain and ask him to show you a lot of spots - most of them are good about that, as long as you don't whip out a gps and start punching in coordinates. It's a great way to get started and pointed in the right direction. Just make sure you hire the guide for one of the first days you're there, not one of the last, so you get the benefit of what you learn for the whole trip.

I've never went with a guide before but I was thinking about doing that for an upcoming trip to Cass.
