SPIN DRY
I'll be there, sounds like a good time. I remember the old ones they use to have up there. They gave away a truck for the tagged fish. Then they gave it away 2 years in a row and that was the end of it. Good luck

LuckBites
Where on the lake will they be selling tickets? Does 1 ticket allow for 3 line or do you have to buy 3? Still not sure if I'll make it to Yellow or take advantage of less pressure on a couple of the other lakes. Good luck!
SPIN DRY
They will be selling them right out front of Ike Walton's Resort on the lake. Yes one ticket 3 lines, but you can buy more tickets to up your chance for the door prize. Good luck
jeweaver
Are they driving vehicles pretty much everywhere on the lake or is an atv more advisable? Also, is there a formal web site that list contest specifics?

AWH
mudman,My two cents will tell you that Big Mac really isn't worth the effort for muskies. From my experiences and from everything I hear, the lake isn't nearly what it used to be. It's a fun lake to fish and it's a great looking lake. But the muskies are tough, to say the least. Bass and pike can keep you busy all day though. I've never fished for 'eyes out there. As far as directions, someone else will be able to give you better directions than me. I could drive right to the lake. But as far as road names? Iwon't be much help there. I can tell you that you would take County Road A most of the way. When I come to where A takes a sharp right and another road goes straight, I go straight. Not sure what road this is. But it goes straight towards Middle Mac. When you come to a T in the road, I take a right. Then I take the next left and this goes along the north end of Big Mac until you hit the ramp on the NE shore. Very limited parking there and the ramp tends to be very shallow. Although it seems to me the last time I was there about 3 years ago they had dug it out so it wasn't too bad.AWH

SPIN DRY
Did ok, Got a 24.5 walleye, a 16.5 walleye and about a 6 lb northern. To bad they all came after the contest, I stayed until dark, after everyone left at 3pm plenty of holes just walked around jigging. Good luck
