As a recovering machinist, I can appreciate that. If the spec is 0.001 - 0.0015, then clearly the correct measurement is 0.00125, duh…

It looks like my old Jiffy may have crapped out today, so I was looking at some new augers. Does anyone own one with the compression release button? This looks like a nice feature, but is it reliable, or just something else that can go wrong? Will they freeze up? How long have they been in the field? It looks like Strikemaster and Jiffy both have them. Has anyone had any problems with them?
