Things have changed alot in the past week. Although I've not been there to see it myself, a friend I work with lives on East and walked out on it yesterday and dug down to find 4 inches. West was still primarily open as of Friday, and yes, he also said there were people out on Angler's Bay on Spirit. With the temps being talked about in the next few days, the ice should be pretty decent within a week for sure. Good luck!
