This will give you all of the specs for the boat and recomended uses.

The boat is good for up to 295.

I run a 60# pack and a 200# body with no problems.

I am 5'11" and I use the foot pegs halfway, so I am sure you can go all the way with them.

The Plastic Hull will be around longer than me and I am still relatively young, It has run Class 2 rapids on the Brule River and no problems with rocks. This thing is relatively not tippy. I have two Kayaks and this baby is sturdy, sturdy enough to get me on Lake Superior in February without concern of dumping. The thing about being in shallow water you can always use your paddle as a steady.
