I pulled one out of a lake in Ontario from way too deep and it came up inside out. Figured I would give it a whirl. Did the poor man's lobster thing. Definitely not any man's lobster, but it was alright.
Fry it hard enough and it will taste like hard fried anything.
Fry up some of those fresh from the morning caught walleyes from Basswood Lake using Rob Nelson's secret batter. Add your fresh cut and fried up taters, bacon and onions and you have one heck of a meal for lunch! Then spend the afternoon fishing for bluegills, crappies and lake trout to take home with you. 😀
