JD123
I googled this question and didn’t find an exact answer so if there is please send me to it, but i know for the 1950 most use at lease a 60” shaft, but being on a tight toy budget, a 60” 70lb thrust starts at about 1200, how ever a 52” is significantly cheaper and easier to find used. So my question is, would loosing the 8 inches and using the 52” be feasible? I understand for rough or choppy water it may cause a problem. But im a take my kids or buddy fishing for fun kind of fisherman, so what are y’all thoughts?
BIGFISH.JZ
Better to spend 1200 on something useful than 500 on something you regret... The day may come when you'll need it to get to shore on a rough day. That's my thoughts!
