Repairing Portable Ice Shelters

Recommended Posts

I have a good, used portable shelter that I got for dirt cheap but the zipper is torn. Does anybody know anybody in the Duluth

 area that could repair this?

Replace the zipper with Velcro strips. Should be able to do it yourself.

Good luck.

The work I've had done there over the years was great and price was very reasonable.

I have repaired a few shanties over the years. This is a video from my most recent repair, and it has held up great since. I used a little hot glue off camera after the fact to protect from abrasions.

Post a photo of what happened to yours, and i might be able to help a little bit more.
