snagfinder
After a late planting and way to much rain my sweet corn patch finally started looking good. Its around knee high or a bit taller. Apparently mother nature threw another curve ball at it and blew it over. Its not flat but at about a 45 degree angle. What are the odds it stands back up or am I just SOL. smurfy
i would guess you should be ok. the corn should again start reaching and leaning back towards the sun!!!!!!!!
snagfinder
Im gonna guess after our chance of spotty showers (its been raining for 6 hrs straight, looks like worst yet to come) its gonna be laying all the way flat. Every year around this time I dam cause I have to try to pump water from creek to try and water it cause its to dry. Wish I was having that problem. Man mother nature sucks this year. Big-Al
My corn was hit hard. It was 80% flat. It had real good recovery as its 95% standing at this point.
