Cabins

We sold our cabin on Lake vermilion because it's such a long drive from the Twin Cities. However, I loved it there because we NEVER got swimmers itch. I would like to buy on Bone lake or the Hayward area lakes but I'm afraid they all have swimmers itch.

Any ideas.

Susan, Welcome to the forum.

There are a few ways to try and prevent swimmers itch like for one, swim in deeper water away from shore. Take a shower right when getting out with soap.  I don't think I would run away from a nice lake because of it.  :(
