There is still mostly green in the woods, but the change has begun with red colors becoming noticeable in tree canopies and sumac bushes. The Wisconsin Department of Tourism has begun its Fall Color Report (exit DNR).Water levels are normal to a little higher for this time of year due to continued precipitation.On Green Bay, perch anglers were having some success along with musky anglers fishing the west shore and lower Bay.
