Every year I say to myself, "You have enough lures that haven't seen the water. You don't need to buy anything else..." The next thing you know, I'm walking out of Blue Ribbon Bait with a lighter wallet and a heavier tackle box. 

My question is, how many lures do you buy each year? 

Be honest! Remember, the first step is admitting you have a problem..

Not many these days, I don't have anywhere to put them. Besides that I usually up throwing the same 5 or 6 baits that I know catch fish anyways.

I'm with Nick, less is more I've learned in time, same 2 baits I started using in 1996 are the same 2 baits I use today. I don't buy into the bait debate at all. You just need to clip on the one that you have the most confidence in given time of year and localized weather and time of day you are fishing and that's a big part of the equation. Fish whatever bait with confidence is crucial and you better have a sharp hook or you'll wished you had on the bigger ones.
