Caulking on corners of fish house

Recommended Posts

one corner of my house the caulking has started to give way and the panel is starting to lift during highway speeds. I have re caulked all seams and corners and it worked loose again on way home. Is there any types of caulking that works better? Any input would be great. Thanks.

Use an elastomeric caulk, which is rated for higher joint movement/flexibility then a standard latex/silicone caulk. Make sure you give it a good 48 hr cure in a warm area...it'll take forever to cure in cold weather. That may be your problem.
