Any Morson Reports?

Recommended Posts

I was up in morson  from Thursday through sunday walleye fishing was good. I did a lot of traveling on snowmobile riding conditions were good the wind we got might have changed that. I put lots of miles on looking for crappies and never got a one. I tried myles bay and hay island for crappies. I have still been catching walleyes on the reefs 19 to 22 feet have been working really well. I also got really nice walleyes on tops of the reefs in 12 to 15 feet of water from  5  tell dark.

Fished last week Wednesday through Saturday like huntercj said the walleye bite seemed a bit slower but we still caught 200 per day for the 4 of us the 2 days we fished walleye all day. Here is my cousin's son who has never fished walleye before with a fat 24".  Got some nice crappies at Hay but they were really finicky and far between. Fattest muskie any of us has ever seen on 6lb test and a buckshot out on the reefs.
