On May 19, 2015, the Environmental Protection Commission set the Title V air emissions fee for calendar year 2014 at $56.00 per ton. As required by 567 Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) 22.106, the fee payment, along with two copies of Forms 1.0, 5.0, and a signed Part 3, must be submitted to the Department of Natural Resources - Air Quality Bureau no later than July 1, 2015.
