Hawg
I can never remember a year that I've had fewer bird species at my feeder. Eyeguy, keep the pictures coming, they remind me of what I used to see every day. Best thing I've seen lately was a woodchuck and now that he gun is loaded even he isn't coming around! Hawg
I'm in Brainerd. Heck, I have black seeds, niger, cracked corn, whole corn, wild bird seed, safflower, hummingbird nector, grape jelly, and meal worms out. Maybe they are tired of having to make choices? Hopefully the orioles will be back after nesting soon. I even keep the birdbath clean. Edited June 30, 2015 by Hawg
eyeguy 54
oriole chicks are finally coming to the fedders here. maybe too much choice? I dont think that would bug them. oil sunflowers in the main 4 feeders here. 2 others with grape jelly and meal worms. and 4 spots on trees with suet. The hummer feeder is very quiet this year. I have more birds take a bath when its dirty, lol. wifey makes me clean it and not as busy... funny
