bait store across the border from Baudette

Heading to Clearwater Lake this weekend and crossing at Baudette instead of I Falls this year and need help to find a bait store along the way.

I have gone that same route the past 3 years (will be heading up again on Monday), but we usually go to Sioux Narrows. I know there are several bait shops in and around Nestor Falls which would be a bit North of where you are going, but I do think there is one when you turn on 71 and head North. Not 100% sure because we weren't really looking for bait at that point since we actually get ours in Nestor Falls and a little joint on the right side of the road.

Best to talk with your resort as they may have bait available . You can buy minnows in Emo the town 3 miles east from the turn to go north towards Nestor Falls and beyond. If you are looking for tackle stop in Baudette

There is a place Rainy River that WAS/IS selling bait - not sure the name or what they sell - I seen the bait sign up last week it's by the LCBO store .
