Hey there guys, I have recently moved to the metro area (Bloomington). I primarily bass fish and previously fished pools 5-5a. So I am a lost puppy when it comes to fishing the lakes up here. I am going to venture out and fish from shore today, so if you have any lakes in mind that have decent shore fishing I would appreciate insight. If anyone up here ever has an open seat I would be more than happy to throw in some gas money and good conversation! Until then tight lines!

Hyland, Bush, and Normandale. I haven't fished any of those lakes in years, but in the past they were all pretty descent bass lakes, depending on winter kills on Hyland and Normandale. Get your self a set of waders or a kayak and you'll be all set.
