Good question dotch, I couldn't get a hold of him so I made em from scratch,  him and LL are probably pretty busy at the colony bout now.

Not letting a bunch of rain spoil my appetite. Pork steaks over ash and oak. Mamma wanted taters in the oven so I let these guys sit over some smoke for a bit before they hit heat.  Mmmm

Who likes their bread crispy, me...or burnt. Blts and Abts tonight with cucumber dip all from the garden.

Ah, the gardens are really starting to kick it into gear after the heat. Tomatoes are splitting open and one zucchini got just huge in only a couple days. Had to come up with some use for it other than a wheel chock. Smokehouse Maple seasoning on the lamb and on the runaway zucchini, olive oil, oregano, a little Mrs. Dash's and some garlic salt. Garnished with a piece of Swiss cheese.

We better make this user friendly( recipe wise ).  A couple of good ol girls doing a little dancing on the weber tonight. Seasoned up a bit with some jerk,   all natural seasoning and some apple juice substituted for the brew that went missing..  doing spuds and a side salad. Let's dance!!

Hot diggity!!!  Bunghole birds!!! Looks great, boober!!! Can't beat juicy chicky!  I just had some measly applewood smoked and slathered racks of  ribs and fresh outta- the- field candy corn....
