Looking for books written by guides on walleye, bass, and musky fishing. Even better if they are from MN or close to. How is Zenanko's book? Does the Griz have anything out there? How about Larry Dahlberg? Thanks.

They get quite a few local guides, tourney guys to give their opinions in the books as well. Excellent reads.

"Muskies on the Shield" is an excellent read for musky guys. A must read for anyone who plans to or has fished "shield" lakes but the content can apply elsewhere.

The In fisherman critical concepts books are great reads and impart the reader with a ton of knowledge. They have species specific books and dvds. these books were originally produced by the Linders and Doug Stange before the company was sold to Stange.

I have to agree with tunrevir as I have a couple of the species specific(walleye,crappie) books that are at least 20-25 yrs old.I still check them out once in a while.A pretty big Stange fan here as he 1st started fishing down in my neck of the woods,Spirit Lake,Ia & the IGL

I don't think the company was ever sold to Stange, he was just the last man standing after all the good guys abandoned ship after Lindner's sold to the mega publisher. Most work for Angling Edge now in some capacity.

Not sure the exact year but "IN FISHERMAN"was sold to PRimedia(Stange still with infisherman) in 1998 or so.I think Ron&Al have published 10 books and uncountable publications over the years.Fishing info giants for sure!!!!!!!!!!!c63
