fishersofmen
I like the Packers vs Colts with the Pack winning another one. Really hope it doesn't end up being Seattle and New England.

Mr.Seaguar
Seahawks in a rout. That was last year, so that's a really really late SB prediction. I got Pats by 4, 33-29.
paceman
I going with Pats by 10. 38-

bobberineyes
Not to get off topic but if the nfl finds the Patriots guilty of tampering with their balls, they should probably treat this the same as Pete Rose and deny the whole team a shot at the hall. Sure, once I'm convinced this isn't really just some lame @$$ attempt at making a 2 week long Ballz joke....How did belicheat keep a straight face talking about his wet, cold, dirty balls? PierBridge
I almost want the Patriots to win now....this is as silly as all the Richard Sherman drivel that occupied the airwaves before last years Bowl.
Nick Kuhn
I almost want the Patriots to win now....this is as silly as all the Richard Sherman drivel that occupied the airwaves before last years Bowl. It might not be completely silly: Based on average touches per game, and the likelihood that a fumble is a lost fumble (51.7% if you are wondering), the rule change is resulting in about 8 fewer fumbles lost per season for the Patriots. creepworm
the rule change is resulting in about 8 fewer fumbles lost per season for the Patriots. Is it the rule change? Or is it Belichik sits people on the bench for 8 games if they fumble. (see Ridley, Steven)
leechlake
interesting chart for sure but AP fumbled constantly and I think the next year once? Technique, coaching, mental things probably effect fumbling more than air.
Nick Kuhn
Is it the rule change? Or is it Belichik sits people on the bench for 8 games if they fumble. (see Ridley, Steven) He was the coach for all the years on the graph. There are other points in the article for that too, one of which is players that leave the Patriots and go on to other teams fumble at a much higher rate than they did when with the Patriots. CaptainMusky
Anyone else love the Lynch interviews? I crack up every time. Even PrimeTime couldn't get him to say anything other "Im just here so I don't get fined". LMAO
CaptainMusky
I will be glad when people stop talking about their balls, but the funniest thing I ever heard was when someone said 2# less of air didn't provide and advantage because it didn't make the ball "lighter" only about the weight of a dollar bill.Umm, its not the weight genius its the grip and if you don't think grip is important in a game where its raining then you are in the wrong profession (ie covering Pro Football).
