Anyone using the Northland Minnow Head Hooks? Video looked great, idea is great, delivery not so much. I am having all kinds of trouble getting the "easy connect" side of the presentation to attach to the spoon. Not so bad when you don't have a minnow head on it and practicing, but put a slimy minnow head on there and by the time I get it hooked the live head resembles a blob of meat. Maybe it's just me?

Being it is blowing 100 mph and temps going into the toilet I decided to try to make this work being I purchased three cards of the hooks. I took and adapted (filed out) a crochet hook to better aid in the handling of the connector through the head. Have not tried it but seems to make sense on my grip of the connector.

Maybe that is why the videos out there on this product use artificial minnow heads for demonstration purposes laugh
