wheel house "bump out"

I thought I saw a picture on here of someones house that had a "bump out" on the rear of it to give it alittle more room. I am not talking about a bay window like ice castle makes but from the back of the frame the wall angles out at about 45° to give it about another foot of length. Thinking about building a 8x16 with a V this summer and would like to maybe add this to it.

I thought about this same idea when I did my build but quickly realized that an end wall that is straight down to the frame will be stronger than a bumped out wall. You will also have more waste and much more time to be constructing the angled portion. IMO, you would be much better to extend the trailer frame and keep things straight.

Eagle, you may have a point. I am thinking about running a jack-knife couch across the back end and thought a bump out may give me another foot of floor. anybody have pics of a homemade one?

I think that looks cool but would be alot more work than its worth
