leechlake
best tip for frying no matter what ingredients you use is that after fried put them on a cookie cooling rack. They stay way more crisp than placing on paper towels and hot for a very long time.
otterman91105
I just heard about this for the first time last year. Putting the fish on a wire rack instead of paper towels makes them stay crisper for longer.
H L Jackson
Parmesan Panko Crusted Walleye Marinate fillets 2 hours in lemon juice, olive oil, salt and freshly cracked pepper. Mix Panko crumbs, Parmesan, chopped Parsley, garlic powder, salt & pepper Toss mixture then coat fillets with it Put cooling rack on a foil covered cookie sheet Place fillets on rack and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes so coating stays on while baking Bake in 450 degree oven until fillets are flaky and tender and crispy on the outside BobT

Franko
Place on a sprayed piece of foil. Drizzle lightly with oil, salt and pepper, top with lemon slice. Grill till flaky. This creates a very clean tasting piece of walleye. rumeye, Hoey and leech~~

BobT
Here's one we tried. Place walleye fillets on bottom of baking dish. Layer on sliced onions and then brush on Catalina salad dressing. Repeat for another layer. I don't recall but I'm betting we baked it at about 350 until flaky. Hoey

PurpleFloyd
Gently place said fish back in the water. Grab a nice steak on the way home and enjoy like a man.
