Dr. Loren Miller, who presented his work: "Genetics used to Manage Minnesota Muskies" at the recent Muskie Symposium in Ottawa, will give a short presentation on muskie genetics, followed by Brett Erickson, with tips and tactics for Fall muskies.

We meet at Knights of Columbus, 1114 American Boulevard West in Bloomington MN. Meetings start at 7 PM. Free admission, you do not have to be a Muskies Inc member to attend.

(Brett has spent his summers fishing on large systems in Canada, presently fishing Lac Seul extensively. He will also talk about his experiences there.)

Brett Erickson and Dr. Loren Miller both gave great presentations. Interesting how the genetics is now so accurate that individual fish can be mapped, and populations of fish, even in close proximity, can be distinguished.

Brett has a most impressive set of 40 pound plus muskie pictures from Lac Seul. All fat!

Next month, November 11, our speaker is Joel Wick.
