The 17th Annual Minnesota Muskie Expo Swap is Saturday April 5th from 7 to ? PM at the Shamrock Room of O'Gara's, corner of Selby and Snelling (six blocks west of the Expo). Free parking in the Associated Bank lot north of O'Gara's. You don't have to pay the lot guard-he is just there to watch the lot.

O'Gara's is a popular hangout for the local college crowd. It is also a hangout during the Minnesota Muske Expo with about 180 people there last year.

Lure swap is free, as always. Stay for the music. O'Gara's has switched to a new DJ format on Saturday nights. Busloads of college kids come to the big " Shake the Shanty" (formery O'Gara's Garage). O'Gara's has loads of TVs for watching sporting events, a great and inexpensive food menu, and, several rooms for dining.

I will be bringing a new, Pike Pattern, Magnum Muskie Treat. And a bunch of other stuff too.

(As you know, RedBull is a promoter of extreme sports like the Crashed Ice. What freshwater fishing is more extreme than muskie fishing? Huge baits, tendonitis, 100 pound test line and 10 foot rods. RedBull is planning to give samples of the product at the Expo Saturday, and there will be a RedBull fishing "contest" at the swap, and O'Gara's will have RedBull drink specials.)
