Good luck to both of them tomorrow. If we have a great day the Gophers have a chance at winning the team National Championship.

If Dardanes at 149# wouldnt have blanked it up we would probably have won it all.

We lost both and blew it.

Penn State wins for fourth year in a row.

It was tuff to lose but the gophers had a great tourney. Granted the Dardnes brothers both had a disappointing tourney especially ND but many guys wrestled above their seeding, who would of expected Zilverberg to be a all American this year. All in all was a great season just have to go back and reload for next year. Great wrestling program at the U.

Minnesota had a great team and nearly took it all. I was really hoping they would unseat Penn State this year. Congratulations to them and to Tony Ramos, the new champ at 133.

I'm a huge Gopher fan. It's been another great season. Yeh, the gold ring seemed to slip from our grasp, but I really think the better team won this year.

Many people forget what Gopher wrestling was like before J. arrived. I really hope they name a building after him when he retires.

Interestingly, I saw Dylan Ness wrestle the very same guy he wrestled in the finals back when both were in high school. They wrestled for the national championship at Cedar Falls Ia. when Ness was a senior. Dylan came up a little short that day too.

I guess I dont know what happened with the Dardanes brothers, but that was not good.

Some of the other guy were completely lights out: Ness, Steinhaus, Storley,

I think they wrestled way over their heads.

Agree with you on J Rob. The guy puts out a top program every other year. I wish other MN coaches were as good as him.
