Medusa vs Bulldawg

Its cold and I'm thinking muskie fishing, I was wondering if you guys had a preference one over the other I picked my first medusa up a few weeks ago and see they came out with a shallow version that looks pretty cool for fishing over weeds. Just started fishing dawgs last year and like them but wasn't sure if one works better then the other. What do you guys think?

I wish I could type what I want to Mr. Klean but I can't give away my best secret to the world when it comes to dawgs or medusa's, they're both good baits, really good is all I can say about them but there's 1 secret for sure but it took me 24 years to figure out. PM me maybe and I'd share it with you for sure.

Like everyone said they both have a time and place. I tend to lean more towards Medusa's as that's what I have had most of my luck on and I feel like I fish them with better control than the dogs.

Never had a dussa ball, the worst I get with the dussa is the front hook getting on the leader, now a dawg ball sucks and they happen way to often if you aren't paying attention when casting them. I like to thumb the reel and stop it just before it hits the water that seems to straighten the line and bait out and help to lessen the dawg balls.
