Wheel house wall height

I am planning on using a solid wood wainscot type panel (not MDF) on the lower inside walls and white FRP on the upper walls. The wainscot is 32" and would plan to run the FRP lengthwise to reduce seams. To make the best use of materials without a bunch of scrap this would give me an inside height of 6'8". Do you see any serious objections to that height other than reduced headroom for a possible upper bunk? Should be easier to heat.
