Value of a Wheelhouse

I am going to be putting my 6.5' x 14' with V up for sale on Sunday, but I ma having a hard time determining a value. I have a price in mind but want to get other's opinions.

If it in really nice shape try for 80% of what you have into it. If it doesn't sell drop the price.

One is full, the other is about half full. I don't have pictures, I will have to take some before I sell it. It is currently on the lake. It also hase a rubber roof and a lifetime MN trailer license.

Do wheel houses have to have a license for the road? I thought not.

The value and what you can get for it are two different things. I would guess you have about 6500 into it. This is probably not a good time to sell. November and December are probably a better time. I would say you can maybe get 4500 for it if it is in good condition.

They do in MN. Either permanent if under 3000# or RV plates if over.

You can get a ticket if the wheel house is on the lake without a permanent license or a plate. You also need a shelter license if it stays on the lake over night.
