Hackensack council drafts ordinance to regulate snowmobiles, OHVs

Well I must give some credit to Hackensack city council.They seem to be moving in the right direction here, they want to regulate the use of ATVs ,sleds, and dirt bikes.But they are leaving the opertunity to ride into town to get gas or refreshments so long as you obey the ordinances established.

That is how these cities need to handle the crowds of off roaders, give them an opening to get to the resteraunts and gas stations, but make it known that designated roads to follow and rules to govern them.
