To actually convict...they do need to. Which, unless you are parked facing a sign saying not to, they will not be able to, or more likely, they will not bother even trying to. And Slab, I played captain dan last night braving the gail force winds in that long drawn out and multiple wave front, and got countless 14's, a handful of 15's, and one over 16. Not to mention at least a half dozen wet socks in the mid to upper twenties...suckah wink
