jalberg
I've been using a palomar knot for just about everything now for a while. I would like to find a different knot for jigs on fluorocarbon. The reason is that with the palomar the tag end sticks out back toward the mainline and catches weeds. What knot would have the tag end running away from the mainline yet still be a good strong knot? uglystick007
Just put one of those soft oval glow beads on the line above the jig. Push the tag thru and trim it tight to the bead. Palomar is a great knot.I keep a sewing needle threader for pulling line thru beads and such.
