New Irons!!!!!

After many many hours of research, reading reviews, swinging.....I finally pulled the trigger on a new set of Irons. Was hitting Taylormade Burner Plus, but wanted a little more agressive iron, more Game Improvement instead of Super Game Improvement. Almost pulled the trigger on the Mizuno JPX-825, but then found a gem. Bought the Wilson Staff CI9 irons (4-GW). Being that Wilson came out with CI11's now (which I don't like), I was able to pick up the CI9's at about 1/3 the cost of the 825's. They are very comparable clubs. Great look to them. Should be hitting them next week. Anyone else ever give Wilson a look lately?

Scoot.....yes they have a pretty thin topline. Not as thin as say blades, but thin. Compared to my Burner Plus they look like very thin.

Yep, I remember that about them. I like a thin topline and they appealed to me because of it. Good luck with them! I hope you love 'em!

Since when does the look of a club win a round of drinks with the buds on men's night??

it does when it affects how you address the ball. Many people are affected by the top line look of a club.
