harvey lee Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 I agree Recon, an archer can go about anywhere in the Midwest and hunt without doing the lottery deal.I am sure the states allow this as archers simply do not hurt the deer herd all that bad. Yes, the kill rate is higher than it was 30-40 years ago, but thats more than likely due to the equipment today.I am sure these states like the NR fee's also. brings in great revenue for thier DNR and local business's without hurting the deer herd all that bad.
