Made the rounds today and here's what I found. LCO and the main portion of Grindstone had close to 3 inches, not quite enough for me but should be good by the weekend. There's a couple of bays on LCO where people have been out and same with the SE corner of Grindstone.

Last week people were out on Lake Hayward, Windigo, Smith Lake and Nelson so I'm guessing those lakes might be good enough for a 4 wheeler this weekend but don't take my word for it, check it out first.

BTW, if you are going out this weekend, wear some ice cleats, the ice is very smooth and walking without them was a pain today. We didn't get any snow today but they're calling for snow on Thursday.

As always, good luck and be safe!!
