Tigers aren't wasting any time trying to improve their already good team. Signed Hunter to a 2 year deal. Pretty good replacement for Delmon Young. Can still play good defense, and a more consistent bat, and MUCH MUCH better personality in the locker room. I always figured the twins would bring him back, but it looks like they'll wait until he's completely spent.

Best T Hunter Twins moment in my book was in the pirranha days when the White Sox beaned him and it was frequent at times in those days, when he picked up the ball that beaned him and read his lips you mutha something or other lol and fired it back at the pitcher lol, I knew he bled for the twinkies, how is it other teams are trying to add guys subtract guys etc. and the Twins seem so I don't know.

Always liked Hunter. He was really the last true clubhouse leader the Twins had as far as players. Nobody ever really took over for him in that role after he left.

Was it AJ Pierzinski that he plowed down at home plate and the white sox (except ozzie guilen) made a big deal about how horrible of a person he was? That was one of his better highlights also.
